I ship within germany and (selectively) worldwide via DHL! below are my shipping prices in Euro:
Germany: 4.95€
EU: 7.95€
Europe : 9.95€
Worldwide: 12.95€
Usa: non-tracking: 18€
tracking: 28€
All standard shipping services include a tracking number (except USA)

It will usually take 1 to 3 buisness days to be shipped out. Time may vary depending on my situation!!

I do accept custom orders. Just send me a message on Instagram and we can go together through the design and you can place your order through a special listing on my website.
cancellations/ refunds/ returns ⊹ ࣪ ˖
Refunds and returns are accepted. (shipping at expense of buyer)
You can cancel your order within 24 hours.
lost mail/ damaged items ⊹ ࣪ ˖
Once your order is sent out, i am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. please contact DHL.
Any damage from improper care/use will not be refunded

All items are handmade and subiect to wear and tear, so please treat your keychains with extra care!
* Keep them dry - avoid getting your keychains wet.
* Handle with care - avoid bending/ pulling the wire. Do not use the keuchain as a "zipper" or in places that can get easily pulled
